“Body Wisdom and the Polyvagal Theory”

I’ve compiled all my interest, research, and experience with Polyvagal Theory into a book for families and classrooms.

This book is for educators, parents, and children who’d like to learn more about how nervous system regulation works. My favorite part? My son and I collaborated on it—he did all the illustrations!

my approach to nervous system health & wellness

I believe that nervous system health starts with understanding.

When we understand how our nervous system works, we can then understand why regulation is so powerful.

My approach to nervous system health and wellness is holistic—I use education, embodied practice, the Safe and Sound Protocol, hands-on bodywork, and more to assist my clients in learning how to access and experience a ventral-vagal state.
